~Moving to Boone from the west coast could have been very difficult for us, but having a good realtor made it a smooth transition in many ways. Jessica's great knowledge of the high country area proved to be a big help to us in finding the kind of location we were looking for. She's a wealth of information, so we flooded her with questions and requests throughout the process, and really appreciated her great attitude and responsiveness as she took care of the details for us. She truly worked hard and made sure we got the house we wanted despite the many challenges we faced. ~Jessica was a true pleasure to work with.  She was incredibly patient with us as it took about 6 months to finally decide on what we wanted to purchase.  She even traipsed through under brush with us when we were looking at undeveloped property!
Once we finally found the place we wanted to make an offer on, she did an excellent job of negotiating and representing us as there were multiple offers on the table.  Jessica came through in the end though and we were able to close on the property in a short amount of time without any hassles.
